vlog是什么意思怎么讀？（vlog的正確讀法到底是什么？）

不知道什么原因，當(dāng)下時(shí)興的「vlog」今天突然接連登上了微博熱搜榜單。

還不知道「vlog」是什么的同學(xué)，我們先來(lái)看看相關(guān)的定義。

Avideo blogorvideo log, usually shortened tovlog/vl?ɡ/, is a form of blog for which the medium is video, and is a form of web television.

Vlog entries often combineembedded video(or a video link) with supporting text, images, and other metadata. Entries can be recordedin one takeorcutinto multiple parts. Vlog category is popular on the video-sharing platform YouTube.

Wikipedia的介紹中指出，vlog可以看成是video和blog或者video和log的合成詞（前者的說(shuō)法更多），意思是“視頻博客”或者是“視頻日志”。

當(dāng)然，vlog除了用作名詞，也可以作為動(dòng)詞，即表示“拍vlog”，那么拍vlog的人就稱為vlogger。

其中in one take 一鏡到底，take表示一個(gè)電影場(chǎng)景、一個(gè)動(dòng)作、一首歌曲等的“一次拍攝；一次錄制”（an occasion when a film scene, song, action etc is recorded）舉個(gè)：

We had to dosix takesfor this particular scene.

這一個(gè)鏡頭我們不得不拍了六次。

cut

cut應(yīng)該都比較熟悉了，所謂的“剪視頻”，表示“剪輯（影片）”（to put the parts of a film together so that they make a continuous story, and get rid of the parts you do not want）

順便補(bǔ)充，cut的幾個(gè)常見(jiàn)又不那么熟悉的用法：

1）拍電視電影中，經(jīng)常聽(tīng)到的導(dǎo)演口令：Cut!表示“停！”（Cut! spoken said by the director of a film to tell people to stop acting, filming etc）

2）另外，我們經(jīng)常在電腦上的剪切、復(fù)制、粘貼等操作中的“剪切”英文就是cut，解釋為“to remove something from a document or file on a computer”，舉個(gè)：

Tocut text, press Control + X.

要剪切文本可按控制鍵加X(jué)鍵。

當(dāng)然，復(fù)制用的就是copy，粘貼則是paste。

3）cut corners表示“（做事）圖省事，貪便宜，取捷徑”（to do something in the easiest, cheapest, or fastest way），舉個(gè)：

There's a temptation to cut corners when you're pushed for time, but it's not worth it.

時(shí)間緊迫時(shí)你會(huì)很想走捷徑，但這么做并不值得。

接著再來(lái)看vlog的其它定義，劍橋詞典（Cambridge Dictionary）給出的釋義為：a video blog:a record of your thoughts, opinions, or experiencesthat you film and publish on the internet. 視頻博客，就是對(duì)日常的思考、觀點(diǎn)、經(jīng)歷或者體驗(yàn)的記錄。

柯林斯詞典（Collins Dictionary）的釋義：A vlog is a set of videos that someone regularly posts on the internet in which theyrecord their thoughts or experiencesortalk about a subject.

牛津詞典（Oxford Dictionary）的釋義：A personal website or social media account where a person regularly posts short videos. 牛津詞典中還提到，vlog的起源于21世紀(jì)初。Origin：Early 21st century:blend of video and blog.

blend

此處表示“混合詞（用另外兩個(gè)詞的首尾連接而成的）”，英文解釋為“a word formed by joining together the beginning and the end of two other words”舉個(gè)：

"Brunch" isa blend of"breakfast" and "lunch".

“早午餐”是“早餐”與“午餐”的混合詞。

此外，blend也可以表示不同事物的“融合，結(jié)合”（a mixture of different things that combine together well），如：a blend of youth and experience 年輕而且有經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

vlog主題豐富，通常為作者個(gè)人生活日常小事的記錄。SixthTone曾對(duì)B站的vlog標(biāo)題做了數(shù)據(jù)分析，發(fā)現(xiàn)vlogger發(fā)布的視頻中，最常見(jiàn)的主題有：Routine、Me以及Life。
